SMMA consulting fees are very competitive and based on:

• Level of expertise required.

• Resources required.

• Length of intended engagement.

The level of expertise required depends upon working with existing documentation and processes, or the need to research, create or customise new documents, processes or systems. For example, amending or updating procedures or regulatory submissions requires less expertise than creating new systems or submissions.

Projects that require additional specialist input, requires additional consultation fees. However any additional resources required for a project must be pre-approved by the client.

​

The length of intended engagement by SMMA does have an impact on fees and the availability of service. Ad hoc consultation is generally more expensive per hour than engagement for a particular task or project and availability for service cannot be assured for work not part of an agreed assignment.

All services by SMMA Consulting is provided on the written acceptance by the client of quotes or estimates and signed agreement to our Terms & Conditions that are supplied with the quotes for services.

SMMA acknowledge that in the course of providing  services access may be necessary to client "Confidential Information". A signed Confidential Agreement therefore shall be supplementary and an essential part of SMMA Terms & Conditions.

Please allow us by phone, email, Skype, Zoom collaboration or in person to provide you free introductory advice about design, manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory aspects of the medical device, aerospace or defence industries as applicable to your project.

Introductory consults for up to an hour by phone, emails, Skype or Zoom are free as is up to 3 hours for an on-site visit. However while the introductory consult is free, transport cost to and from your offices or facilities are charged at cost.
