Introductory consults for up to an hour by phone, emails, Skype or Zoom are free as is up to 3 hours for an on-site visit if needed. However while the introductory consult is free, transport cost to and from your offices or facilities are charged at cost and depending on location may involve return economy airfare, bus, train or taxi fare. If an on-site visit is deemed necessary following an initial phone, email, Skype or Zoom session we can advise whether transport costs would be required and how much that would be.

For a best estimate to be made regarding the likely time line and cost of our on-going services, an on-site visit may be required especially if the project involves manufacturing facilities.
